| Personal sporting achievements | Represent South Australia for both Track and Road Cycling. Competed overseas in a Australian U19 Development Squad. PB for 40km ITT is 51:47 and was not fast enough that year for a state medal. Longest road race 258km Melbourne to Avoca, it was stage 1 of a 4 day tour. Which was probably the hardest 4 days of my life. Harder than Ironman. Numerous Cycling State medals. Fastest Ironman 9hr42min. |

Having never run or swam prior to 5 years ago i understand the challangers confronted by an adult entering the sport. Best moment in sport : finishing my second ironman in 9hr42min. Worst moment in sport : being in a group of 6 riders with 15 km from the finish of the Under 19 National road race and having someone ride into my rear derailleur and bending it, inturn my day was over, i got home and finish 14th overall.
