The Fluid Movements training team has both program based, and casual training membership options available for triathletes, open water swimmers and runners of any athletic ability, and for any distance. All coaching is coordinated through our head coaching director to ensure the best possible training product. We are the specialists in technique training for any discipline.

This is for athletes who are members of the Melbourne Triathlon Club but are not casual or program training members of Fluid Movements. As members of the club they receive all the benefits of an MTC member, and receive email updates on ongoing training sessions with Fluid Movements.
