100, 200, 300, 400 increasing effort to 90% for 100.
2 x 25m easy in bteween efforts, then reverse (so 100 easy, up to 400 hard)
Spilts were
400 - 6.28
300 - 5.05
200 - 3.14 - felt crap
100 - 1.28 - felt better
Then, focused on catch and "grabbing as much water as poss"
100 - 1.44
200 - 3.18
300 - 4.55
400 - 6.18 - felt v good
