Went out to ferntree gully then Kallista, Monbulk, the wall to Olinda, then down and up the 1 in 20, back via Canterbury Rd.
Av cadence for ride 78
The Wall - 12.2kh, 147bpm, 73rpm
1 in 20 - 21.18, 17.2kh, 144bpm, 76rpm
Massive PB on 1 in 20, felt great even tho throat still sore

Warm up was 5x 300m of various combos then 5x 50 fins, 25 fly kick underwater, 25 swim
600 fins as 25sprint: 75 easy
Main set was 8x 150 as 75 mod on 1.20, 50 build on 55, 25 sprint on 30
I only did 2 then got out, didn't want to overdo it

Ran from home to port melb, then round Albert park, tan and finished in s Yarra ( pete drive - he was sick). Felt really negative and didn't want to run, but felt fine during run, and picked up middle 7k to 4.54-5.07 pace
