Got a bit lost and rode up tourist rd from Montrose to Olinda, then down "the wall" ( I fell off on descent) Back up the wall, then did The Crescent loop.
Tourist rd climb 18.1kh 139bpm to Olinda sign
The Wall 13.3kh 131bpm
Didn't clock crescent loop
Despite nasty fall had a really good ride |

Main set was 30-35min of 1.3km strength hill loop (stairs then right and back, plus 850m stair hill loop), then 400 veg jog. I did 3 full loops, plus all hills of a 4th loop
Pace was 4.48/km, 4.50/km, 4.49/km for the 3 full laps and 5.07/km for the final lap (Inc jog back to start) |
