Got a bit lost and rode up tourist rd from Montrose to Olinda, then down "the wall" ( I fell off on descent) Back up the wall, then did The Crescent loop.

Didn't clock crescent loop
Despite nasty fall had a really good ride

Main set was 30-35min of 1.3km strength hill loop (stairs then right and back, plus 850m stair hill loop), then 400 veg jog. I did 3 full loops, plus all hills of a 4th loop
Pace was 4.48/km, 4.50/km, 4.49/km for the 3 full laps and 5.07/km for the final lap (Inc jog back to start)
