| Ran on a little past the 35 minute turn-around but all in all I was really happy. 15.8 k's in 83 minutes and no knee pain - all in all Im stoked. |

Long run on Monday as missed on Sunday
Left work and cut 2 laps of Albert Park lake then Kerfered Rd, Beaconsfield Pde and along the 109 tram route to the river, along the river to home.
Carried backpack throughout
Held 4:45-4:55 pace to 19km, then wound back to 5:30 pace for last 2-3 km
Recovered well, legs good next day. Very little fatigue or stiffness. |

| A hard slog of a run today. Since the main group was doing a trail run I figured I'd try something similar. 80 minutes running along red head beach. Not a lot of distance but my thighs and calves are killing me. |
